# Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected your Instagram account to ArtinBot and would like to request deletion of all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

## What data we store

When you connect your Instagram Business account to ArtinBot, we may store:

- Your Instagram User ID and Page ID
- Access tokens used to manage messages on your behalf
- Conversation logs (Direct Messages handled by the bot)
- Chatbot configuration tied to your account

## How to Request Data Deletion

### Option 1 — From your ArtinBot account

1. Log in to [my.artinbot.ir](https://my.artinbot.ir/)
2. Open your chatbot's **Instagram** page (*Dashboard → your chatbot → Instagram*) and click **Disconnect** at the bottom of the page
3. Confirm the disconnection. Your access tokens are revoked immediately and all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

### Option 2 — From Facebook/Instagram Settings

1. Go to your Facebook account settings
2. Navigate to **Apps and Websites**
3. Find **ArtinBot** and click **Remove**
4. This revokes our access token immediately. We will also receive a deletion callback and will delete all associated data within 30 days.

### Option 3 — Email Request

Send an email to [artinbi.ir@gmail.com](mailto:artinbi.ir@gmail.com) with the subject line **"Data Deletion Request"** and include:

- Your registered email address or Instagram username
- Your ArtinBot account ID (if available)

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

## Verification

After submitting a deletion request via email, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference code. You can use this code to verify the status of your deletion request by replying to the same thread.

## What happens after deletion

- All conversation logs are permanently deleted
- Your Instagram access tokens are revoked and removed
- Your chatbot configurations are deleted
- Anonymized aggregate analytics data may be retained (no personal identifiers)
