ArtinBot is operated by **Artin Future AI Development Co.** We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our services.

## 1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

- Create an account or register for our services
- Connect your Instagram Business account via OAuth
- Configure chatbot responses and knowledge bases
- Contact us for support

This may include: name, email address, business name, Instagram account data, and conversation logs.

## 2. Instagram Data

When you connect your Instagram Business account, we request access to:

- `instagram_business_basic` — your public profile and page details
- `instagram_business_manage_messages` — to read and reply to Direct Messages on your behalf
- `instagram_business_manage_comments` — to read and respond to post comments

We use this data **only** to operate the automated chatbot on your behalf. We do not sell your Instagram data to third parties. You may revoke access at any time via your Facebook/Instagram App Settings.

## 3. How We Use Your Information

- To provide, maintain and improve our chatbot services
- To send you service-related notifications
- To respond to your comments and questions
- To monitor and analyze usage patterns

## 4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Conversation logs are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

## 5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive credentials.

## 6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

## 7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent.

We use Meta (Instagram/Facebook) APIs to power the Instagram integration. Your use of Instagram is governed by Meta's own [Privacy Policy](https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/).
