An API connection is not the same as training from the site
You can hand over your Shopify URL and let the bot read the pages. For a small store that may be enough, but the moment the catalogue grows or products change often, that approach falls behind: every new product means another training pass.
An Admin API connection inverts this. The catalogue comes from Shopify itself, so new products are recognised on their own. Beyond products, general catalogues are supported too, so if what you sell is not a conventional product, such as a hotel room, a flight or an event, it can still be defined.

What is needed to connect?
Admin API access to your Shopify store and one code snippet to show the widget on your theme. Everything else is configured from the ArtinBot panel and needs no code.
Can it answer in Persian on an English store?
Yes. The conversation language is independent of the catalogue language: products can be in English while the bot explains in Persian.
How is this different from the WooCommerce connection?

What if what I sell is not a conventional product?
General catalogues are supported, so hotel rooms, flights, services and events can be defined too.
What happens when the bot does not know?
