Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ArtinBot platform operated by Artin Future AI Development Co. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ArtinBot provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to automate customer communication across Instagram Direct Messages, website widgets, and Telegram. The service includes chatbot configuration, knowledge-base management, analytics, and human operator handoff capabilities.

2. Account Registration

To use ArtinBot you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Instagram Integration

By connecting your Instagram Business account, you authorize ArtinBot to access and manage your Instagram Direct Messages and comments on your behalf in accordance with Meta's Platform Policies. You remain responsible for all content sent through the bot. You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ArtinBot to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass messaging
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any party
• Distribute malicious code or interfere with platform security
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate Meta's Community Standards or Terms of Service

5. Subscription and Payment

ArtinBot offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of ArtinBot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The ArtinBot platform, including its interface, algorithms, and underlying technology, is owned by Artin Future AI Development Co. You retain ownership of content you upload to train your chatbot.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ArtinBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from AI-generated responses will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artin Future AI Development Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artin Future AI Development Co. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
